I paint as a significant part of my journey to find truth in myself-in the inner worlds of the pysche and in the outer worlds around me. I am inspired by colour, the human condition, cultures, travel, nature and people with warts and all. I have a lively , spontaneous energetic style and have over the last 13 years painted prolifically . I have been creative most of my life but now mainly devote myself to painting in different media. I have exhibited often and open my house as an art gallery 4 days a year as part of the Open Studios. I make jewellery , collaged statues, masks and have taught art and craft workshops over the years. I am married and have 2 grown up children and grand kids . I grew up in Afica and live in Malvern Uk . I love gardening and growing roses especially . Travel is so important for inspiration and love Morocco and India and have a preference for the exotic in many ways . I have a Facebook page Kamala Todd art and Photography.
