Description: A series of two, in this video performance the artist uses a prop made of recycled plastic bags shaped into an accordion that she plays while her breath unfolds in and out of her lungs. Through rhythms of breathing and breathing patterns, the artist questions the effect that modern production of culture has on the natural environment and on her emotional and spiritual body. The title, which translates from Italian into English in “the last tune”, plays with the double meanings of the words accord, chord, harmony, agreement, understanding and accordion.
